Celebrating One Year!Views: 152

Seems longer than a year that I spent receiveing chemo treatments and radiation treatments…I am glad to be here and feeling healthy. Still trying to find the right HR drug. Tamoxifin made my eyes swell up and itch. Now the Femara is causing neurapathy (numbness, tingling and burning in hands) and awefull joint pain. I don’t think I can handle this. Has anyone else had cording in their arm and down the rib cage on the surgery side? I did endure three painful PT sessions but they were productive and the cords were popped by stretching message, heat and ultra sound heat. Yippee! Has anyone out thete experienced this? Does it come back? My medical onocologist has never seen cording in the side. I did have a full body sc an which showed no signs of cancer, I am thankful for this. However, they won’t declair me to be in remission for 4.5 years. Ugh!
Blessings to you all,
Tari

As your Dr.about Arimidex. This is what I take. Yes there are side affects. Look it up and see if this works for you.
